Julio Aguirre

 

Chief Warrant Officer- Three, Human Resources Technician, 4th BDE/102 Training Division

 

CW-3 Aguirre is from Covina, CA.  He enlisted into the Army Reserve in 2001 as an E1 private and attended Fort Jackson, SC for Basic Training and Advanced Individual Training (AIT). Upon completion of AIT he received his primary military occupation specialty of 42A, Human Resources Specialist. In 2011, he was selected as human resources warrant officer and was sent to Fort Rucker, AL. Upon completion from Warrant Officer Basic Course, he became a fully qualified Human Resources Technician.

 

ASSIGNMENTS: CW3 Aguirre’s active duty assignments and duty positions as a reserve soldier include deployment to OIF III with the 376th PSB as a Sergeant Team Leader to Ballad Iraq;  deployment with the 333th SC as Chief Personnel Officer to Camp Arifjan Kuwait;  active duty support as the Chief of Military Pay, Office of the Chief Army Reserve at Arlington VA; active duty support as the Chief of Talent Management for the 75th Innovation Command, Houston TX; and is currently serving as the Human Resources Technician to 4th Brigade/ 102 Training Division, Fort Huachuca, AZ.

 

EDUCATION: CW3 Aguirre completed his bachelor’s in science from the University of La Verne, CA in 2020; he received his Master of Science Organizational Leadership and Management from the University of La Verne in 2022 and graduated with a 3.9 GPA. He has also completed Primary Leadership Development Course, Unit Trainer Course, Basic Noncommissioned, Officers Course, Army Recruiter Course, Executive Administrative Assistant Course, Warrant Officer Basic Course, and the Warrant Officer Advanced Course.

 

AWARDS: Some of CW3 Aguirre’s awards include the Meritorious Service Medal 3OLC, the Army Commendation Medal 3OLC, the Army Achievement Medal 2OLC, The Army Recruiting Gold Badge, and the Department of the Army Staff Badge.
